OSR Lead Systems Engineer & Systems Architect
Supported the OSR (Operations Switch Replacement) project for the AFSCN, as Lead Systems Engineer & Systems Architect, through the product lifecycle from concept inception and definition, through technical proposal, requirement clarification, development and deployment to a successful transition to operations.
Developed conops and requirements, and designed and implemented an ATM based communications infrastructure with protocol based routing prioritization, for AFSCN (Air Force Satellite Control Network) satellite mission traffic, including an IP based control and network management infrastructure with custom NT based User interface.
Co-authored, with the OSR Chief Engineer, a Systems Engineering process which was incorporated into the Lockheed Martin-RCDC System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP). OSR systems engineering was independently assessed at a SEI Capability Maturity Model Level-5 for systems engineering practices.
