Developed conops and requirements, and designed and
implemented an ATM based communications infrastructure with protocol based
routing prioritization, for AFSCN (Air Force Satellite Control Network) satellite
mission traffic, including an IP based control and network management
infrastructure with custom NT based User interface.
Co-authored, with the OSR Chief Engineer, a Systems
Engineering process which was incorporated into the Lockheed Martin-RCDC System
Engineering Management Plan (SEMP). OSR
systems engineering was independently assessed at a SEI Capability Maturity
Model Level-5 for systems engineering practices.
